Classic Savory

It’s been a while since i last ate at this place and to be honest with you, the first time wasn’t memorable. When we dines here a few days ago, it changed from  “nah” to “yah okay i’ll be back here again”. 

We ordered the following dishes and my reviews on them.

1. Miki Bihon Binondo - this is our fave dish. Ang sarap nya. Even after i ate a full stomach, hindi siya nakaka umay. I would totally recommend this dish to everyone!
   
2. Sweet and Sour Pork - this one really explodes with flavor. The balanced sweet and sour sauce just wakes up your sleeping taste buds! (I wasn’t able to take a picture of it kasi gutom na. Sorry for that.)
3. Lo Han Chai - i didn’t understand what this was. But it’s a vegetable dish that tastes like chopseuy but more savory, i think. Maybe because of the ingredients and vegetables that was put on it. Just see the pic below.
   
    
4. Salt and Pepper Spareribs - this one tasted like, well, salt and pepper. It’s just plain salty with a hint of pepper and some breading on it. May ‘’vinegar-like” sauce ito so it balances the saltiness overall.
   
5. Classic Savory Chicken - i would never forget about this one. First bite is oiek a firework in my mouth. It’s so savory and really good! Although nakakaumay na siya after 3 cuts, but  they have gravy naman which i did not need at first kasi the chicken itself is so good! 
   

The service is not excellent but we can see that they are doing their best to serve every customer dining at that time. So i can’t really complain on that. The place is clean and cozy, too.
